Nutrition Coaching 

This 12 week program begins with a health and lifestyle assessment and goal setting.  Once we have determined a specific goal, we will start creating your program.  I will provide you with guidelines including proper calorie consumption as well as a healthy breakdown of macronutrients.  We will review your goal and your progress each week.  

Twelve weekly emails will focus on various aspects of healthy eating that will help you reach your goal.  Grocery shopping, meal planning, proper choices, meal prepping and portion control are just some of the topics that will be covered.  I will also work with you to create a meal plan for the week based on your likes, lifestyle and the results you are hoping to achieve.  

We will chat through video chat or a phone call once each month to determine the direction and actions needed for success.  This will be your time to ask questions, discuss challenges and obstacles, or get additional information on any area that you find difficult.

I will be with you - supporting you, guiding you, and keeping you accountable every step of the way.

Health Coaching 

"Our greatest wealth is health" and you are ready to make the changes necessary to improve your health!  Let's work together to get you where you want to be.

In the next 12 weeks, we will develop a program to get you from where you are to where you want to be.  Through small, specific steps you will make great strides as you work to regain your health.  

We will get together once a month for a video chat/phone call to discuss your progress and challenges and to make adjustments to your program to bring you closer to your goal.  

Each week you will receive an action plan that we create together as well as the necessary information to help you implement the plan.  This may be information about diet, exercise, stress management or disease management tips.  Throughout the week I will monitor your progress and will offer support, motivation and guidance.  

12 Weeks - $475.00

Personal Training 

My app-based program offers the convenience of a trainer every day no matter where you are or what time you are working out.

We will meet through Skype for one session and then I will create a 4-week program for you to follow within the app.  No matter your goal or current fitness level, this training will offer everything you need.  Full video instruction of each exercise, a calendar with your workouts schedule, and in-app messaging offers the benefits of having a trainer with you at all times.  

Our video sessions will give me the opportunity to check your form, note your progress, and make changes to your workout as needed.  

$50.00 per month

$125.00 for 3 months; $225.00 for 6 months
