Breakfast

Overnight Oats

Place 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats into jar.

Cover with water or milk of choice.

Place in refrigerator overnight.

*You may add our favorite, healthy toppings hen preparing, or you may add them the next day.

Suggestions:  Banana & Walnuts; strawberries & almonds; blueberries & chia seeds; apple & cinnamon; peach& pecan; coconut, almonds, & cocoa nibs.

Yogurt Parfait

1/2 c. Greek yogurt

1/2 c. fruit

1 tblsp chopped nuts

 

Layer yogurt, fruit, and nuts in jar or bowl.

Suggestions:  Blueberries, bananas, strawberries, baked apples, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, pecans.

Be creative, use your favorite combinations.  

Egg Wraps
