How to end 2018 Better than Ever

It's not how you start, but how you finish!


Hard to believe a new year is right around the corner, isn't it? I know, we have plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks but, before you know it, 2019 will have arrived.


Do you realize a new year begins in only 10 weeks? Yikes - so much to do still!


How will you finish 2018? What will you have accomplished? Has your life improved? How about your health? Maybe you are like the millions of other people who make new year's resolutions at the start of the year. Did you reach any of them? Not many do!


Soon the holidays and celebrations will be in full swing and quickly we forget to take care of ourselves. Who has the time? And, really, who wants to say "NO" to a plateful of Christmas cookies?


And, suddenly, a new year and an extra 5 pounds; and that's on top of the extra 5 pounds that you resolved to lose last year!
