People are living longer, but not necessarily better.  You do have a choice how to live, feel, and navigate your later years, but you must take action.

Too  often, people let "life happen" and deal with the consequences of poor choices as they come.  However, it's never too late to start to make positive changes to improve your overall health.  

Healthy aging encompasses many factors that will help you maintain your well-being and physical function and optimally deal with the changes that occur with aging.
