Whatever your current fitness level, this program can move you from spectator to participant safely and efficiently.
Most of the sessions are 30 minutes or less and can be completed outdoors, on an indoor track, or on a treadmill.
The program can easily be modified to meet your needs.
I am offering my online 5k Training Program
to 20 Participants.
Why am I offering it FREE?
I know many people who hold themselves back by thinking "I could never do that", and I want you to prove to yourself that YES, you can do it!
This program is simple to follow, includes full video instruction, and allows you to track your progress. I will check in throughout the week to monitor your workouts, provide feedback, and keep you motivated.

Because this is a Free program with limited space, I only want those who are truly committed to sign up. Before you sign up, I want you to know what I expect:
1. You need to track your workouts daily - it is simple to do, and will only take a couple minutes each day.
2. You must be committed to following the program for the entire 8 weeks.
3. You must be willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone a bit to reach your goal.
