Good health is a personal responsibility and a necessary component of a good life.  Good health gives us the energy to participate in the activities we enjoy, the freedom to pursue new opportunities, and the peace of mind that allows us to experience joy and fulfillment.

Life is short.  I am sure you know of someone who left this earth far too soon.  We don't know when our day will come.  Enjoying life to the fullest, creating memories, and sharing experiences with friends and family members allow us to live a rich and fulfilling life.

Cinergy Solutions is a multi-faceted program that combines Health Coaching, Nutrition Coaching, and Personal Training into one program. 

 

Throughout my years of training and coaching, I have found that most people need more than simply Personal Training or Nutrition Coaching.  Many would get stronger but never lose body fat or feel completely energized due to a poor diet.  Some focused on their diet, but then made little time to exercise.  And those who were able to integrate healthy eating and exercise into their daily lives often made poor choices in other areas (sleep, stress, hydration, etc.) which made meeting their health goals difficult.

 

I developed Cinergy Solutions to bring these components all together for those who truly want to improve their health and overall well-being.  Good health encompasses not only a proper diet and adequate exercise, but other factors such as stress management, emotional health, and the ability to make the best choice for yourself.  Whatever obstacle you face, we will work together to create a Better, Healthier You!

Staying healthy is a necessity for me.  Without good health, I couldn't teach classes or train clients.  Most importantly, however, good health allows me to live fully with the energy to pursue and enjoy many passions and to give complete attention and appreciation to my family and friends.  

Am I perfect?  No way!  But each day I focus on being just a little bit better.  

Like most people, I overindulge on occasion, have bad habits to break, and get caught up in the daily grind.  Yet, with a clear goal of staying as healthy as possible, I quickly get back on track and work to do a bit better.

At 52 years old, I take no medications, maintain healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels, and am able to participate fully in life without needing a few days to recover.
